Join us at gala dinner
Did you ever had diner surrounded by sharks, sea turtles and barracuda’s ?
Well here is your chance.
On Saturday evening we will host our gala dinner in a very special venue. At a stone’s throw from the official showhotel Rotterdam Zoo Blijdorp welcomes us in their private dining room located in their famous Oceanium. While you will enjoy excellent food a large window provides a fantastic look in the aquarium where sharks, turtles and barracuda’s freely roam around.
Tickets for the galadiner includes a three course dinner, beer, wine and soft drinks, and a free entrance to Rotterdam Zoo Blijdorp from 16.00 in the afternoon and gives you an opportunity to stroll around the zoo when all other visitors have left.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Is it possible to change my registration afterwards? What if I want to change the cage type? Can I switch my cat by another? Can I change class?
Once you have register through the online platform, you receive an email with a link to access your registration. You can change everything yourself, you can edit the cat data, the class, the cage, … until the registration period closes (= 29/08/2025 midnight).
After the deadline, only change of class will be permitted if communicated by email to info@nsw2025.nl
Can I have a double cage for one cat?
Yes, you can ask for it when you register. An extra cost of 15€ will be added to the standard registration cost, for each double cage occupied by only one cat.
How are exhibitors placed at the show hall: by countries or by breeds?
Exhibitors are placed according to countries (by FIFe member). Cats from the same owner are placed together.
Seating preferences might be accepted as long as feasible and can never be guaranteed, just write it in the remarks of the registration form.
How is the veterinary check organised?
The vet check will be randomly carried at the entrance of the show hall.
